Led by Chef Liborio Colonna, the Executive Chef hails from Puglia. Duomo delights its diners with a creative twist on original Italian dishes, including homemade pasta, selected meats & fish, lots of truffles, and a selection of authentic pizzas. Duomo also boasts a vast crystal chandelier and expansive interiors bedecked in Italian Satvario marble, as well as an outdoor terrace featuring olive trees. In addition, diners will be enveloped in an ever-changing artistic display beneath 15-meter vaulted cathedral ceilings.
