Chef Liborio is a creative and enthusiastic Italian Executive Chef, passionate about the highest quality cuisine, innovative and traditional, but revisited in a modern way, with a proven history in the hospitality sector in Restaurants and Hotels in Italy, London, New York, and Dubai.
Led by Chef Liborio Colonna, the Executive Chef hails from Puglia. Duomo delights its diners with a creative twist on original Italian dishes, including homemade pasta, selected meats & fish, lots of truffles, and a selection of authentic pizzas. Duomo also boasts a vast crystal chandelier and expansive interiors bedecked in Italian Satvario marble, as well as an outdoor terrace featuring olive trees. In addition, diners will be enveloped in an ever-changing artistic display beneath 15-meter vaulted cathedral ceilings. Embodying the sheer theatricality of a vibrant dining experience, the restaurant provides a stage from which unforgettable sensory voyages will be launched.
